Day 303: Postcards from the Showroom.

I cheated a bit and funkdafied the photos that I snuck at work today. I feel so rebellious...I also feel like I'm in an A-Ha video with this photo enhancing application.

Here's a little peek at what's been going on this week...

View from the Showroom's terrace.

  1. I've always been a fan of this fashion house. I always laugh at my mom for pronouncing it wrong. I love the view of the Eiffel tower.

    1. My mom too!!! It's hilarious. Are you from New York too?

...and thanks for not outing the brand. : )

  2. I'll admit I couldn't resist googling to find out who it was. I think I cracked it with my search-fu, impressed! :)

  4. I'm obviously not a fashionista because I can't figure out the brand, although I do have an idea. And I'm also not as big a techie as Gwan because I'm not even sure which words to use to conduct a successful search. I do, however, like your funkdafied photos. I just got the instagram app for my iPhone and am going to start playing with it when I get back to Paris. My daughter is using another app that has produced some cool results.

Thanks for sharing, in a very discrete manner, some behind-the-scenes photos!

    1. I tried to google it using some of Gwan's techniques that she graciously shared with me in a private e-mail and I still couldn't crack the code. She's just very talented!

I love how this is turning into a game of Clue! I didn't mean for it to be!

I'm glad you like the photos. I love these apps that make everything look artsier!

    1. How amazing is that view??? It's like "hello..I work here!"

I am done with the job today, so I don't get to say that anymore, but it was fun while it lasted.

  7. Beautiful pics, Ella. Looks like it might've been worth it even with the vapid models. :-)

    1. Thanks Sue! It has been worth it. It's been a great experience, my bosses are happy with me, and it's just another thing I can say that I have done.

I look forward to wearing my slippers all day tomorrow!
