  2. I love your plates! French imports?

    Happy New Year - I thought I commented on your last post, but it seems to have gotten lost in the mail. Good luck with your resolutions & thanks for the shout out!

    Sorry to disappoint but my NYE was boring I'm afraid - I have given up hoping for "the best night ever", since it never is, so just had a couple of drinks. :)

  3. @Sara - Thank you!! Hahahaha, those reindeer kill me. I have to drive by today to see if they have been put back "as they were"..he he he.

    @Gwan - Thanks! These plates (and the everything else on the table) have been gifts that I have given my mom over the years. She loves kitchy things for the home so I thought I'd use her collection of findings for the brunch. I added the shopping details in the post for other curious readers.

    ...and drinks for NYE? PERFECT!! I couldn't think of a better way to spend it. : )

  5. The French plates look great in the USA. I love the contradiction of the Eiffel Tower and bagel. And soft boiled eggs - impressive.

    Thanks for adding the shopping details. You've inspired me to start our own Parisian collection.

  6. @MK - You're welcome...I figured that there would be interest in these items because they are so freakin' cute. I wanted my guests to eat faster so I could see the plates!!

    And Seb made the soft boiled eggs. : )

    @Duchess - I knew you'd like the reindeer...you coquine!!
